I have always struggled with my weight due to emotional eating comfort food and snacking on junk food. I tried every fad diet and it was just making me more depressed which would cause me to comfort eat again, it was a vicious circle, so I thought I would try hypnotherapy (I’ve tried everything else so I thought what have I got to lose). Well what could I say, it’s helped me to lose the urge to comfort eat and snack on all the bad foods, instead of reaching for the crisps, chocolate and the fizzy drinks I’m reaching for alternative healthier options. I’m saying NO to the things I would just automatically go to for comfort, and it feels good, I have lost over a stone now and I feel amazing. It has definitely worked for me and I found it really easy to follow. But my journey has only just begun and looking forward to what has yet to come with my weight loss journey. I would definitely recommend it. Definitely one of the best things I have done.
